Our Corporate Leadership Team is united behind a simple idea: people at the heart of everything we do. We’re sharpening our corporate strategy and policy frameworks, aligning service plans to the Corporate Plan, and using data, insight and resident voice to guide decisions. We’re looking for four outstanding Directors to join us on the next phase of our journey.

Director of Community Safety & Integrated Enforcement

Lead a broad community safety and regulatory portfolio, including ASB, CCTV, licensing, trading standards and the NICE model. Deliver visible, partnership-led impact in our neighbourhoods.

Director of Transformation

Drive our council-wide programme to improve outcomes and deliver value for money. Align delivery to the MTFS and embed an accountable, innovative, resident-centred culture.

Director of Digital, Data & Technology

Own the council’s digital strategy and roadmap, strengthen resilience and cyber security, and enable user-centred services through reliable platforms, data and automation.

Director of Strategy, Policy & Communications

Set the strategic compass for the organisation, lead policy, planning and performance, and ensure coherence with the Mayor’s priorities.
